Tennis Ball Circle Cricket League: Terms & Conditions for Selection Trials and Matches
These terms and conditions apply to all players participating in the Tennis Ball Circle Cricket League selection trials and matches. By registering for and participating in the trials or matches, all players agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
1. Eligibility
- Players must submit a valid ID and proof of age during registration.
- Players must not be involved in any disciplinary issues with cricket bodies, leagues, or local authorities.
- The League Committee reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject any participant failing to meet the criteria.
2. Registration & Documentation

All players must complete the official registration form before the selection trials.
- A registration fee (if applicable) must be paid before participation.
- Players must provide accurate personal details, including contact information, ID proof, and any medical conditions.
- Misrepresentation of information may lead to disqualification.
3. Selection Process

The selection trials will be conducted by qualified coaches and selectors appointed by the league committee.
- Selection is based on skill, performance, fitness, and sportsmanship during the trials.
- The selection decision is final and binding. No appeals or complaints regarding the selection process will be entertained.
- Players must adhere to the schedule provided for the trials and must arrive on time.
4. Match Rules
- All matches will follow the rules of circle cricket with tennis balls, as specified by the league committee.
- The league will specify the format (number of overs, fielding restrictions, etc.) before the start of the tournament.
- Players must follow the umpires’ and officials’ decisions during matches. Arguing with officials, team members, or opponents may lead to penalties.
- Players must wear appropriate Tennis Ball cricket gear, including protective equipment, as per league guidelines.
5. Player Conduct & Disciplinary Actions
- Players must maintain discipline and exhibit sportsmanlike conduct at all times.
- Use of foul language, unsporting behavior, or aggression toward officials, teammates, or opponents will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or permanent disqualification.
- The consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances before or during trials or matches is strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to immediate disqualification and possible legal action.
- Respect for the facilities, grounds, and equipment is mandatory. Any damage to property will result in penalties, including financial liabilities.
6. Health & Safety
- All participants are responsible for their fitness levels. Players are advised to consult with their healthcare provider if they have any underlying medical conditions.
- Players must report any injuries to the officials immediately.
- The league will not be responsible for any injuries sustained during trials or matches. However, first aid will be available on-site during all official events.
7. Code of Conduct for Teams
- Each team must have a captain, who will represent the team in discussions with officials.
- Teams must respect match schedules and ensure timely arrival for all matches.
- Teams must abide by the decisions of the match officials, which are final.
8. Liability and Indemnity

The league organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to players or their property during the trials, matches, or other related activities.
- By participating, players agree to indemnify the league and its organizers against any legal claims arising out of their participation.
9. Media & Marketing Rights
- By participating in the league, players agree to allow the use of their name, image, and performance details for marketing and promotional purposes.
- The league organizers hold the exclusive rights to all photographs, videos, and live streams of the matches.
10. Cancellations & Changes
- The league committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel trials or matches due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient player participation.
- Any changes to the schedule will be communicated to the players in advance via email, messaging apps, or other official communication channels.
11. Payments and Cancellations/Refunds:
- Under no circumstances will the enrolment fee be refundable and/or transferrable for any reason whatsoever.
Further, we are unable to accept any cancellations once the registration form is submitted to us.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Judiciary Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh .
- Any disputes arising from participation in the league will be settled by arbitration, as determined by the league committee.
- By participating in the Tennis Ball Circle Cricket League, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
